Over promises and underachieves! Opened business account. Promised debit cards in 10 days - took 29. Promised maximum of 15 minutes on a wire transfer that we paid for - took 1hr 20 mins...

I had problems earlier before but thought it was me. There on line banking took too long to get on and difficult to log in.

Worse bank I ever put my money in. Need to watch them close charged me twice on an over draft. When I get back in town in time I'm closing my account.
