My only only criticism is that the customer waiting area is unkept, unmaintained, and in need of cleaning.
Needed to take care of an emergency situation, and waited from about 7:30 am until 8:30 am on Saturday. No one showed up or answered the phone. Store hours say open 8-12 Saturdays. Obviously not the case.
Good, prompt service with a courteous staff. They have a wide range of auto and farm tires in stock: and if they need to order something they will usually have it the next day.
Good home town business first impression. Prompt attention upon entering door by male employee in a company uniform. Needed a flat fixed, slow leak. Fixed very timely, reasonable price. Would have given a 5 star except for attitude of young lady behind the desk. Needs customer service training or put out of sight of customers.
A nice locaI business. I bought four new tires, & had a wheel alignment done here. Their prices are competitive & the people seem to be willing to please the customer.
