A little expensive but the latest styles.
I have spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars at Pennie Lane's. My dresses for prom came from there, my cousins dresses, and I ordered 2 dresses for my wedding and bought 2 pairs of shoes from the store. I enjoyed the selection Pennie Lane's had and we all loved shopping here getting ready for our "BIG" days, prom & weddings until I paid $183.96 for TWO pairs of shoes, I wore my wedding shoes for MAYBE 3 hours at the most and the side strap broke. My cousin's shoes had been on around the same time and the soles of those shoes came off. When we finally got back to Savannah (since I live 1 hour & a half away) the lady who owns the store called my granny a liar telling her we had worn the shoes longer than we are acting like. I have plenty of prove showing & people who can back me up that we had the shoes on for less then 3 hours. I asked for a refund since the highly priced shoes didn't even last for my wedding and I had to borrow shoes to wear, and the lady got hateful telling us she wouldn't give us a refund but get them FIXED at the shoe store, not only could we not get a refund she was going to have $183.96 shoes fixed, which shouldn't need to be fixed since they are so high, she also couldn't mail us the FIXED shoes because she would already be out money by getting them fixed. Instead of sending them in the mail and costing her an extra small amount of money which she made ($400 off my wedding along) she wanted us to drive back another hour and half. I called the store and during 2 different conversations I was HUNG UP ON, (how about that costumer service!!) I called the "PINK" shoe manufacturers who told me they couldn't do anything since Pennie Lane's order directly from them and when I explained to her what was going on with the store she told me she would get the shoes back from Pennie Lane's and we would be able to get 2 NEW pairs of shoes, not FIXED ones. I couldn't believe that the store handle this in the manner they did, I was very disappointed in their costumer service and calling me a LIAR set me off. There will not be another dollar of our money spent in this store.
