Front office staff is very friendly& efficient. The med tech's/ LPN's act as if they would rather be anywhere else on Earth and there is poor communication between the front office & rear, Doctor's etc. This causes major problems with patient care, physician responsibility or lack there of. There is never any empathy, continuity of care. To be honest I truly liked her the first visit however upon my return, she had no recollection of any issue/diseases I have and had totally morphed into a someone more worried about her clothing, high heels & not disturbing her hairstyle. I wouldn't refer anyone unless you're visiting the front desk or her former partner.
