When I order curly fries that's what I expect to get not half and half .this is the worst run fast food place I've ever been in good old Savannah Tennessee

Food was real good but it took way too long to get it. I was ready to get a refund and leave.
Employees & Manager having a conversation b/c ordered special with curly fries, had the Mgr to come out & say we don't substitute, well no problem, last evening at another location asked me which one did I want curly or straight fries. It isn't any wonder that I am the only customer in this place.
Today was great. Comfortable air, clean, friendly cash register gal, like getting number and brought to table by extra nice woman who went back 2x for ranch then honeymustard. Good value the music could have been just a notch higher. 5 stars
