2 stars because the store has somethings to offer.
Not impressed. All there stuff is too high. From vehicles, mowers,and atv's. We can drive 45 mins away and get the same mrugendic for a lot less. Not trying to bash your business,but come on step up your game.
Very bad customer service. Walked in to be looked at and ignored while the staff occupied themselves with their phones. The items are expensive also.
Ok so I just wanna to say something.... I know there will be lots of opinions on this but I want to give mine.....
I was greeted kindly when I first walked into the door with very knowledgeable and helpful staff that wasn't pushy like all the other salesman's at the other Polaris shops. We negotiated prices on most every model that Polaris had to offer, and finally about 3 weeks later I decided to go with the General 1000. The paperwork was a breeze and they had me loaded up and ready to ride in about a hour. I feel like Gillis Power Sports is best place to buy a ATV or UTV because of there trustworthy staff and service department.
I bought a 2011 Avenger from Gillis Power Sports in Savannah. ( I drive out of town a lot with work and needed the gas mileage) I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR... Except 4 different times I would turn it off and it wouldn't start back. They put a new battery on it, problem still there. They put a new starter on it, still had problems. They replaced a $200 key, it still gave me problems. Finally they put a $200 smart box in the ignition and we will keep our fingers crossed on it being fixed. My point is that they have went above and beyond to try to help me. Most people would have said "you bought AS IS". I HAVE NOT HAD TO PAY A DIME FOR TRIAL AND ERROR! Boyce Gillis has been fair and seems to be a genuine person. If I ever need another car I will not hesitate buying from them if they have something I like! Every time i go inside i am always greeted with a smile!
