They are very slow about trying to straighten out a problem on a new vehicle. Numerous phone calls , numerous trips. We live a hour away. We have talked to several people there. Always say they are waiting on approval just to get a botched paint job straighten out on a new truck . truck was carried back just a couple of days after to show them. Also please beware, they seem to be very slow about referral fees. Bought 2 vehicles days apart. They are fast to sell , but slow on customer service.
Jones mailed me coupons totaling about $42.00 ( oil change; tire rotation and air filter). I took my 2015 Nissan Rouge in to have the service indicated on the coupons on 3/6/2017. When I received my the bill the total was $71.14 and not the $42.00 plus tax. I must say that I was unhappy. When I complained the service manager reduced the bill to 46.19 when I asked for a detailed explanation of the $71.14 bill.
Bought lifetime warranty from Dodge dealer here, when they changed I was promised they would accept it. One visit they said I needed $1300.00 worth of work done. When I said good I have a lifetime warranty. All of a sudden my drive train is no longer leaking. WTF! Need new truck but not from here! Never
